2. Eligibility for Refund
- You receive the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- The product delivered is expired or damaged at the time of delivery.
- The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- You cancel the order before it is shipped or dispatched by the seller.
Note: Medicines once delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the above-mentioned situations, due to health and safety regulations.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used medicines and health products.
- Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or batch details.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or with special discounts (unless defective or wrongly delivered).
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
- Our team will verify your claim and coordinate with the medical shop for resolution.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting our support team before the seller confirms dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
