Delivery Options & Timelines
We offer two modes of delivery based on your location and the availability of our delivery services:
- Direct Delivery by Our Team
Minimum Delivery Time: 12 hours
Maximum Delivery Time: 24 hours
This option is available in selected locations where our in-house delivery team operates. Orders are processed promptly and delivered directly from our partner medical shops to your doorstep.
- Courier Delivery
Minimum Delivery Time: 48 business hours
Maximum Delivery Time: 96 business hours
For locations not covered by our direct delivery team, we dispatch your orders through reputed courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier availability.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed during business hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly informed before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
- You will receive order status updates via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
- Tracking details (where applicable) will be provided once your order is dispatched.
